Stevie: Our UK Correspondent and #bikeschool blogger

We’re stoked to have Steve (I like to call him Stevie) on the team.  He is our official UK Correspondent and covers all the cool bikey things happening in that part of the world.  He’s already supplied us with a post on the 2011 London Bike Show, and will be supplying a whole lot more including coverage of the 2011 Tour de France.  Stevie is also our #bikeschool blogger and puts up something new and exciting each Tuesday for that feature.

Like most people Steve have ridden a bike since he was a small child, but only removed his training wheels in the last 5-6 years. He grew up close to London, UK and around 9 years ago moved to Kent on the south east coast.  Heleft  behind home cooked food and freshly washed under-crackers for a fun (alcohol) packed 3 years at university. Since leaving university he has owned his own successful live music venue specialising in Jazz and Blues, and is now a Kent Police Officer, keeping the mean streets clean.

Stevie’s a big fan of social media sites so Twitter and #bikeschool enable him to vent the ridiculous fumes of cycling related lunacy that have led him to be known as a ‘noggin-box genius’. I’ll let you be the judge of that so make sure you check out the Tuesday #bikeschool posts here at
