Thank you Aaron and John. It’s always good to hear other commuters stories. John, I would switch the tyres. Give it a try. If you don’t like it, you can always switch back.
Aaron, I would love to be part of your LTC series. I have dm my email address to you via twitter.

Loving the commute myself. Happy to have a chat about it. Been riding for years. Currently around 28 miles a day. Rack and panniers and looking forward to the winter. I like the rough weather – something to get stuck into and feel alive.

I like John’s attitude. I think I’ll take his advice and try racing sometime. I’ve been getting stronger and stronger on my bike and would like to just have some fun in a race environment.

Thanks! Racing pushes you mentally, go for it.

I think it’s great that he got his bike at goodwill. Goes to show that it is so easy to get started in commuting and that you don’t need to spend a lot of money.

I was really excited when I found it. I knew it was meant for me when I saw it.
