    Hello,
I am the owner of this domain name: rawhoney.net
It is an exact match domain for this keyword: [raw honey]
According to Google Keyword Planner, this keyword has 18000 US searches each month, it is a good domain to build a website about the raw honey.
The exact match domain can have a good impact on the Google ranking, and it can attract more visitors than other domains. If you are interested in this domain, please contact me.

I’m a super-super-super beginner.  I used to ride my bike all the time, but now I barely exercise.  I’m getting back into it and boy, it’s tough!  You have great stuff on this site!

Sugar Alternatives for Energy and Hydration

Question: I am using the homebrew sugar formulations (sometimes added to green tea).  I am also trying to wean myself off 1/2 dose adrenalean “lip tonic delivery system” (biorhythm brand- caffeine, hoodia g, synephrine, yohimbe) capsule for energy.

My question is other than juice, can you suggest modifications in lieu of table sugar for energy and hydration.

Answer:

Both raw/organic honey or agave can work great in the homebrew (substitute in the same quantities for the sugar, or to taste), but you do have to shake well in order to make sure they don’t settle out.  Have you tried either of these?  Also, make sure to use at least the minimum amount of salt recommended in the homebrew as the temps rise, you need the sodium replacement if you’re sweating.
