I really enjoy this post. It is awesome for herbal green tea benefits. I like to drink ginger with green tea. Both are antioxidant and good for fat loss. They reduce the chance of cholesterol. It is essential for weight loss supplements. It refreshes our mood.

Oolong tea is a great choice as well and offers many nutrition benefits. However, green tea is higher in antioxidants b/c it is "oxidized" less during processing, which is why it is green and not black. Usually, you have to brew yourself if you want to avoid the sugar! Thanks for the comment!

I must admit I drink more oolong tea than green tea. The high quality oolong teas are very fine indeed. The convenience stores here have many different varieties of green tea though alongside the usual sugar softdrinks.

I'm loving the recipes! Many thanks and keep 'em coming. A question about green tea, though: I drink plenty of fluid during the day—typically 4+ liters of water/day—and have been taking green tea extract in pill form. Are there any advantages/disadvantages with getting EGCG this way? Are there upper limits on EGCG intake in terms of RDA? Thanks again.
