Hi Angela, The trick for a round shape seems to be getting the chocolate/cream mixture very firm, but not so hard you can't dig into it with a spoon. If needed, it doesn't hurt to allow it to warm again a room temp, or get colder/firmer again in the fridge. Once you get going, they really are simple. Let us know what you think... All the best!

Wow - that sounds awesome! Finally, this might be the perfect recipe for those living in Grenada! And, gluten/dairy free for anyone who wants that. Enjoy!

Mmmm...can't wait to make this. Sounds delicious. AND we can actually get all the ingredients here!
We actually have a local Cocoa Estate (Belmont Estate, Grenada) that produces certified organic dark chocolate....their lowest percent in 60%, and they have up to 100%...it's a little pricey, but well worth it (oh, and they gave me my own cocoa tree on our last visit there). Such a wonderful thing for this little island.
Sorry to stray off-topic...I was just so excited to see a yummy recipe with easy to obtain ingredients!
Thanks Kelli!
