On a cycling related note, we do this as well. Have you ever seen a guy on the side of the road with a flat tire or resting and as you pass by, at full speed of course, asked hey you ok? Then you don&#039;t even wait for the answer.

I realized that this was happening a few months ago and talked about it briefly in my post on trail courtesy here. http://www.texasmountainbiketrails.com/trail-courtesy/
9 times out of 10 we get the same answers like thanks I have everything or yeah just resting. We completely expect to hear that answer when we ask them. I can recall asking someone once and when they said they needed a hand I was already 50 yards past them and almost fell over my handlebars trying to stop and turn back around.
