As a true SuperFood vegetable with a beautiful color, it’s hard to beat beets. They can be intimidating, I know, but it looks like they aren’t for you. You are definitely on the right track by including them in your diet. For those who aren’t “Loving the Beets”, it just takes some getting used to.
