		<description><![CDATA[Kelli, I&#039;m not just a cyclist but as a survey tech I hump 30 to 60 pounds of gear in the woods and hills of Pensylvania. My days can be 8 to 12 hours long and the job needs to be done. I&#039;ve got a crew man who needs to read this! Hope to have up to his first charity ride the tour de cure by August. But if I can&#039;t convince him to manage his fuel/water intake better I&#039;m hoping your article can! Thanks. ]]></description>
