Original SUV Cycling T-ShirtI only received one Christmas gift this year…..but when you get something as fantastic as this, who needs more?

Yes, my friends from Ban T-Shirts sent me another one of their cycling t-shirts and it just happened to arrive here in Grenada on December 24th.

I have several of their other cycling themed shirts as well as some of their super cool political types as well.  In my opinion, these guys promote the best messages on the best quality…..and I love their environmental awareness and peace-loving vibe they give off.

In fact, this Original SUV shirt and all others from their UK site are made with organic cotton and printed with water-based inks….thereby reducing their impact on the environment.  If you’re in North America, you don’t need to order all the way from the UK…..they also have a United States based website as well.

Sugar Alternatives for Energy and Hydration

Question: I am using the homebrew sugar formulations (sometimes added to green tea).  I am also trying to wean myself off 1/2 dose adrenalean “lip tonic delivery system” (biorhythm brand- caffeine, hoodia g, synephrine, yohimbe) capsule for energy.

My question is other than juice, can you suggest modifications in lieu of table sugar for energy and hydration.

Answer:

Both raw/organic honey or agave can work great in the homebrew (substitute in the same quantities for the sugar, or to taste), but you do have to shake well in order to make sure they don’t settle out.  Have you tried either of these?  Also, make sure to use at least the minimum amount of salt recommended in the homebrew as the temps rise, you need the sodium replacement if you’re sweating.
