Rob Greenfield

“Ghandi on a bicycle” continues to roll along the United States.  Some people may laugh at my claim, but I have a very good feeling that one day we’ll look upon Rob Greenfield like we do other amazing human beings who walked the earth and changed things for the better.

Here’s a few words from Rob to get you thinking this beautiful Tuesday afternoon:

Take a moment to ask yourself today:
What would you do with your life if money was no object?

I’m here to tell you that money probably isn’t the object blocking you from your dream life. It’s yourself. It’s your thoughts. It’s your attitude. It’s your imagination. It’s your ability to think outside of societal norms.
Think it over and if you’d like advice on how to follow YOUR dream comment below and I’ll share my thoughts with you.

01-Galaxy-S4-Smart-Mount-750x750Bike2Power Powers Rob

I, personally, do not know anything about the world of iPhones and Smart Phones.  Yeah, I’m absolutely serious.
But if you know what a Galaxy S5 is, Bike2Power has a whole new line up of products for it….and the Smart Mount is 20% off for a limited time.
If you’re going to use a Smart Phone, you might as well be smart about your charging methods as well.
Enjoy Your Ride

Sugar Alternatives for Energy and Hydration

Question: I am using the homebrew sugar formulations (sometimes added to green tea).  I am also trying to wean myself off 1/2 dose adrenalean “lip tonic delivery system” (biorhythm brand- caffeine, hoodia g, synephrine, yohimbe) capsule for energy.

My question is other than juice, can you suggest modifications in lieu of table sugar for energy and hydration.

Answer:

Both raw/organic honey or agave can work great in the homebrew (substitute in the same quantities for the sugar, or to taste), but you do have to shake well in order to make sure they don’t settle out.  Have you tried either of these?  Also, make sure to use at least the minimum amount of salt recommended in the homebrew as the temps rise, you need the sodium replacement if you’re sweating.
