Hi Kelli,
I've been trying to ditch teh whole 'supplement' approach, and stick with real foods for the bike and recovery. For post-ride, I've been having chocolate milk (or just straight milk) and a small protein-rich snack (like a boiled egg or some canned tuna & rice).
What would you suggest as an ideal post-ride drink/snack that's protein-rich to consume in that 'magic 30-min window', that falls into that 'real food' category?
Many thanks - loving your posts, I've been learning heaps since discovering this blog!
