Spreading the Hype and Performance of X2

I know my readers trust me, and if I recommend a product there’s a pretty good chance you’ll all look into it if it’s something that interests you.  But I’ve gone one step further with my recommendation of X2PERFORMANCE.

X2 Performance Review

That’s right, instead of just telling people that I dig this product because:

  • It’s safe and full of natural ingredients that tap into your bodies own resources (for example, it enhances your body’s production of ATP – Adenosine triphosphate).  Google it to find out why this is awesome.
  • Increases energy.
  • X2 received the Informed-Sport certification which means it has been tested for banned substances in accordance with the World Anti-Doping Code.
  • Provides you with more endurance
  • Aids in better recovery from exercise
  • It’s cool

I’ve let them try it out for themselves.

photo-6 (2)Yeah, as I wrote previously….I’ve given it to my track star niece and nephew, but many others as well.  I’ve had competitive cycling friends try it out.  New cyclists working to improve their performance.  I’ve had weight lifting buddies test it out.  And I’ve had some of those crazy running friends of mine try X2PERFORMANCE as well.

You know what?  Everyone came back with very similar feedback….with better recovery being the number one response.  Like I’ve said many times before, I wouldn’t push this on my friends and readers if I didn’t feel it was a the real deal.  This product is going to cost you, but I also know that you don’t think twice about spending money on components you feel might improve your performance.

Click here to have them send you a trial pack.  Pay the $5.95 for shipping.  Try it out.  If you like it, keep the X2PERFORMANCE supply coming.  If not, cancel and send me a nasty e-mail saying I’m full of crap.

Disclosure: I am a brand ambassador for X2PERFORMANCE, and receive compensation.  All opinions are my own.

I was also a fan of the increased endurance via X2Performance during my workouts. More sets, more gains!

So great that you shared it with others! Trying is believing. I’ve also felt the most benefit on the recovery.

Can’t wait to try it! And I like how you said it is cool–because that is important! HA! I can’t wait to have better recovery because lately I’ve been kicking my own butt at the gym, and coming home and feeling like I just need to sleep for a few days. Three children don’t allow that!

Love how you shared the juice! 😉 I just got a new shipment and plan to share it as well… So neat that recovery was the number one response – because I felt more change/activity during my workout and didn’t notice a lot of recovery traits. But I guess I haven’t been sore or felt off post-workout when I’ve taken it, so maybe my recovery has been enhanced too! Great post. 🙂

Sugar Alternatives for Energy and Hydration

Question: I am using the homebrew sugar formulations (sometimes added to green tea).  I am also trying to wean myself off 1/2 dose adrenalean “lip tonic delivery system” (biorhythm brand- caffeine, hoodia g, synephrine, yohimbe) capsule for energy.

My question is other than juice, can you suggest modifications in lieu of table sugar for energy and hydration.

Answer:

Both raw/organic honey or agave can work great in the homebrew (substitute in the same quantities for the sugar, or to taste), but you do have to shake well in order to make sure they don’t settle out.  Have you tried either of these?  Also, make sure to use at least the minimum amount of salt recommended in the homebrew as the temps rise, you need the sodium replacement if you’re sweating.
