I am not a cyclist, well at least not anymore.Yet i wanted to share that i feel that your posts/blogs are very inspirational to me on many levels. For me its not about getting back on a bike but on how to reunite with the road of life. Every mile that i ride brings back in me a new discovery about myself and where i want to be. And every time i read one of your articles it makes me want to find back the flame of owning a passion that i can call my own while balancing all the other hats i wear on a daily base.

Yeah, she rides a Trek Cruiser….not a road bike, but she loves it just the same. We absolutely ride as a family and are moving in the direction of using the bike as our main source of transportation. Hoping we get there soon.

I agree….cycling and relationships go so very well together.

A nice tribute to someone who is irreplaceable.

Does she ride, too? (Does she have as nice a bike as you do?)

Do you ride as a family?

Linda and I met on a bike ride and cycling has been a cornerstone of our marriage, even though we ride less often and less seriously than we once did. I recommend cycling as a healthy aid to a marriage–especially when done together.

Nice site, stumbled on you via another Blog. Community is the right word, especially in the “fat bikers” world.

You can never be too nice about the missus either, let’s be brutally honest here, they are the ones who allow us to go out to play and buy new toys for our bikes.

My wife loves me, and she loves me cycling, probably because I’m out of her hair when I am pedalling, but mainly because she’s getting the man she married back!
