I always found that the most difficult part of a ride was getting out of the house! Make it happen.

….and once you’re out of the house you realize that you should have gotten out sooner, right? I hope you continue to make it happen.

I always like your enthusiasm in your videos. You have a way of motivating me even with just your voice. This is a good tip and nice reminder that I need to put all my goals into motion. Thanks.

Thanks Carrie, it’s nice to hear that. It feels great knowing that I’ve helped motivate in whatever way I can.

Good advice. I sometimes find myself procrastinating and not getting the things done that I would like both in cycling and in all of my life. It seems so easy to procrastinate. Thanks for this reminder on getting it done.

Thanks, John. I hope you’re able to get it all done and make it happen.

There’s a lot of great cycling tips out there but if you don’t put the tip in motion then nothing will ever happen. You have listed this as the number 5 tip, but in my opinion it should be number 1. We need to make it happen to get it done.

Totally…..thanks for your comment, Alison. Putting it all in motion is what it’s all about.
