Amazing Playmobile Mountain Bike Video

If you haven’t already seen this new lego mountain bike video that has gone viral on social media, you absolutely must take a few minutes.  Heck, if you’ve seen it…watch it again and marvel at the brilliancy of the people who put it together.

I’ve been trying to find out who actually put it out and see if I can hear more about how it was done….when I find more details, I’ll let you know.  If you know more about the source, please leave it in the comments.  Enjoy.

UPDATE: Okay, so I found the source of this awesome video.  It was done by the guys at XTreme Video who are a Worldwide action sports film distributor & Youtube Network.  This looks to be their first venture into stop motion animation….their regular content is pretty darn amazing as well.  Oh, and as mentioned in the comments, looks like this is actually Playmobile and not Lego.  Really, something I should have known considering I have two young boys who play on Lego all the time.

Sugar Alternatives for Energy and Hydration

Question: I am using the homebrew sugar formulations (sometimes added to green tea).  I am also trying to wean myself off 1/2 dose adrenalean “lip tonic delivery system” (biorhythm brand- caffeine, hoodia g, synephrine, yohimbe) capsule for energy.

My question is other than juice, can you suggest modifications in lieu of table sugar for energy and hydration.

Answer:

Both raw/organic honey or agave can work great in the homebrew (substitute in the same quantities for the sugar, or to taste), but you do have to shake well in order to make sure they don’t settle out.  Have you tried either of these?  Also, make sure to use at least the minimum amount of salt recommended in the homebrew as the temps rise, you need the sodium replacement if you’re sweating.
