Created for Life

Live each day as if it were a magnificent adventure.

So that every one of them is worthy of your diary.

Full of things that make you want to call your friends and tell them about it.

Spending your days looking for different and original…..

…..not new and bigger and better.

Feeling as if your life is a runaway freight train that keeps moving powerfully in a positive direction.

So that Kings and Queens tell you that “You look like a person who really knows how to live.”

Taking every invitation….every opportunity…..every option.  Knowing that it takes movement in order to make things happen.

Making a terrible mistake (as far as the world is concerned), and going with it.  Relishing every path this choice takes you.

Understanding that you create the four walls around you….and that life is not about the walls.

Life is about what occurs within these walls.

It is completely up to you.

Check your pulse.  Are you living or existing?

Be different.  Follow your heart.  Be adventurous.  Have faith.

Life happens while you are making other plans.

Live it now.

Enjoy Your Ride

Sugar Alternatives for Energy and Hydration

Question: I am using the homebrew sugar formulations (sometimes added to green tea).  I am also trying to wean myself off 1/2 dose adrenalean “lip tonic delivery system” (biorhythm brand- caffeine, hoodia g, synephrine, yohimbe) capsule for energy.

My question is other than juice, can you suggest modifications in lieu of table sugar for energy and hydration.

Answer:

Both raw/organic honey or agave can work great in the homebrew (substitute in the same quantities for the sugar, or to taste), but you do have to shake well in order to make sure they don’t settle out.  Have you tried either of these?  Also, make sure to use at least the minimum amount of salt recommended in the homebrew as the temps rise, you need the sodium replacement if you’re sweating.
