Fear of Speaking

What do you say when your mind goes blank? Or better yet….how do you say it?

Even though you have such wonderful words inside you, they just won’t succumb to the task of putting inner visions to sound. In the mind, these letters dance around and form magnificent speeches full of energy and brilliancy…..but out of the mouth comes disappointment. Just like the singer who sounds great when singing solo to the CD in their car, but feels like they torture people when doing so in front of an audience……our inner lectures don’t come out like the beauty they hold in the mind.

These words can motivate armies, stop a jumper from suicide, romance even the least likely to be smitten, and bring an audience to their feet. Bringing these words and emotions from inside and laying them out, may seem impossible……..but we’ve seen it done.

Although it is the greatest fear in life……speaking to people is a most natural instinct.  Like anything, it takes practice, patience, and comfort.  We all can say those words to someone who needs them to be spoke.  We all can be great public speakers.  We all can change a life through words.  It’s already inside you.  Bring it out.  #MakeitHappen.

Sugar Alternatives for Energy and Hydration

Question: I am using the homebrew sugar formulations (sometimes added to green tea).  I am also trying to wean myself off 1/2 dose adrenalean “lip tonic delivery system” (biorhythm brand- caffeine, hoodia g, synephrine, yohimbe) capsule for energy.

My question is other than juice, can you suggest modifications in lieu of table sugar for energy and hydration.

Answer:

Both raw/organic honey or agave can work great in the homebrew (substitute in the same quantities for the sugar, or to taste), but you do have to shake well in order to make sure they don’t settle out.  Have you tried either of these?  Also, make sure to use at least the minimum amount of salt recommended in the homebrew as the temps rise, you need the sodium replacement if you’re sweating.
