In this fast paced, ultra-convenient world we live in….it’s hard to get your head around the idea that the opposite is actually a good thing. Yes, in today’s Loving the Bike TV episode I explain how inconveniences and delays are helpful in the path to Loving Life on and off the Bike.
Don’t believe me? Tune in and see if I can convince you at least a little bit.

I am doing an LTB marathon today, catching up on all the old ones I have been saving but have not been able to get to.
This was an excellent one dude. This is a subject I think about all the time. We have all of these modern conveniences that theoretically make our lives easier but there result is the opposite, more stress, feeling like we have less time, more to do. We have things we think we “have to do” that we really DON”T.
Pamela and I live in a huge city right now with a bazallion services and things at our fingertips. and my very very favorite time is when we leave here, get out in the country, put away the phone and the laptop, and head outside.
(especially when I get to clip in and head out for a ride 🙂
Here, here, I liked everything you said about slowing life down to what it used to be. Life was even much slower before you were born. Great job.
Thanks Dad. I’m surprised more people don’t realize how many more benefits there was to doing things the old fashioned way.
My favourite video to date 🙂 Well said my friend!
Cool….it was a last minute one put together on the way home on Tuesday. But the message is something that I hope gets through to at least a few people. I appreciate you checking it out, Dariece.
