Loving the Bike TV: Magic of Goal Setting

Do you have a goal that keeps getting pushed aside, or maybe just hasn’t been manifested just yet?  Be patient.  As long as you have the goal and believe in it, the Universe will help make it happen.

One of the goals I’ve had for several years now is to get myself a new road bike.  I love the one I’ve been on, but you know….I’m a cyclist and am always craving something new.

Well I kept pushing it off as I couldn’t justify the cost…..but then the magic happened.

Tune in to this short video to find out more about how the Universe did a whole lot more than just grant my goal of a new bike.  Just one more thing that has helped me love life on and off the bike.

Man I so believe in what you are saying here, and I am so happy for you with what you are doing regarding bike building. This is very very cool.

Sugar Alternatives for Energy and Hydration

Question: I am using the homebrew sugar formulations (sometimes added to green tea).  I am also trying to wean myself off 1/2 dose adrenalean “lip tonic delivery system” (biorhythm brand- caffeine, hoodia g, synephrine, yohimbe) capsule for energy.

My question is other than juice, can you suggest modifications in lieu of table sugar for energy and hydration.

Answer:

Both raw/organic honey or agave can work great in the homebrew (substitute in the same quantities for the sugar, or to taste), but you do have to shake well in order to make sure they don’t settle out.  Have you tried either of these?  Also, make sure to use at least the minimum amount of salt recommended in the homebrew as the temps rise, you need the sodium replacement if you’re sweating.
