Lube It Up….on and off the Bike

Yeah, you know me….never afraid to say or do anything. So when asked if I would write about SASMAR personal lubricants, I had no problem agreeing. Hey, us cyclists use lube on our bike chains and chamois cream on our sore butts…..so why not personal lube when we’re having fun off the bike?

Hahahaha, yeah stick with me here for a minute. We use those bike related lubes to help things out, so the same thing applies to this other area of our life as well.

Okay, I hope I don’t need to get into what personal lubricants are designed to do. If so, message me and I’ll reply with my best Dr. Ruth response. But it is a product that heighten the pleasure of a certain activity.

I know that chain lube is a vital ingredient in my bicycle maintenance, and I know how chamois cream can help prevent a whole lot of pain. I also know that personal lubricants can do good things as well.

If you’d like to try some off the bike lube, you can buy SASMAR at Amazon as well as on the SASMAR website. To find out more about personal lubricants link them up on these social medial channels: Twitter, Facebook, and Pinterest.

I’d ask you to share your stories in the comments below…..but I’m not sure our Loving the Bike audience is ready for that one. Enjoy Your Ride.

Manufactured in France without sugar, oils or parabens… SASMAR personal lubricants help to enhance intimacy and pleasure, once you try them you’ll never use anything else!

FDA cleared and loved in more than 60 countries!

Sugar Alternatives for Energy and Hydration

Question: I am using the homebrew sugar formulations (sometimes added to green tea).  I am also trying to wean myself off 1/2 dose adrenalean “lip tonic delivery system” (biorhythm brand- caffeine, hoodia g, synephrine, yohimbe) capsule for energy.

My question is other than juice, can you suggest modifications in lieu of table sugar for energy and hydration.

Answer:

Both raw/organic honey or agave can work great in the homebrew (substitute in the same quantities for the sugar, or to taste), but you do have to shake well in order to make sure they don’t settle out.  Have you tried either of these?  Also, make sure to use at least the minimum amount of salt recommended in the homebrew as the temps rise, you need the sodium replacement if you’re sweating.
