Sunglass Warehouse Review

I had a whole bunch of cycling stuff sent so I could try it all out on our recent holiday to Austin, Texas.  So now it’s time to start letting you know all about them.

We’re kicking things off with the sampling of shades I received from Sunglass Warehouse.  This online store prides itself in offering hundreds of different styles all for under $20 each.

Here’s just a few of the styles I have tried out, but take a look through their entire offering to find what fits best with your face and style.

Oh, and they also sent me a “special” pair of sunglasses that I explain in the video.  Have a watch at how these sunglass look and feel:

Sugar Alternatives for Energy and Hydration

Question: I am using the homebrew sugar formulations (sometimes added to green tea).  I am also trying to wean myself off 1/2 dose adrenalean “lip tonic delivery system” (biorhythm brand- caffeine, hoodia g, synephrine, yohimbe) capsule for energy.

My question is other than juice, can you suggest modifications in lieu of table sugar for energy and hydration.

Answer:

Both raw/organic honey or agave can work great in the homebrew (substitute in the same quantities for the sugar, or to taste), but you do have to shake well in order to make sure they don’t settle out.  Have you tried either of these?  Also, make sure to use at least the minimum amount of salt recommended in the homebrew as the temps rise, you need the sodium replacement if you’re sweating.
